Availability
Is Animates available yet?
Animates is currently in closed beta, with the App Store listing an expected release date of June 30, 2026.
Where are the official Animates beta links?
The current download links for each platform are on the AnimatesHub homepage. The links are not shared publicly on the official Animates.ai website at the moment.

What platforms does Animates support?
Animates supports iPhone, iPad, Mac with Apple Silicon, Apple Vision, Windows, and Android, with Apple devices requiring iOS/iPadOS 18, macOS 15, or visionOS 2 or later.
Does Animates work on Telegram or another messenger?
Animates currently supports Telegram, letting you continue the same companion conversation with memory carrying over from the app.
About Animates
What is Animates?
Animates is a 3D anime AI companion you talk to by voice or text. It is built around real-time presence: expressive reactions, memory of past chats, and a personality you shape over time. Animation Inc. calls it “your life companions.”
What technology powers Animates?
Animation Inc. describes it as real-time generative animation that runs on-device. Its Ani-2 model produces full-body 3D motion in real time, with no motion capture, no cloud round-trip, and no delay.
Can Animates see my screen?
Not in the current beta; screen sharing is planned, but it is not live yet.
Companions
Who is Yuki?
Yuki is the currently featured Animates companion: a fully animated 3D anime character with expressive reactions, memory, and a personality that develops the more you talk.
Is Emma available?
Emma has been teased as a future companion and is not currently in the closed beta build.
Pricing & safety
Does Animates cost money?
The app is free to download. It may include optional subscriptions and in-app purchases on release.
Is there an age requirement? Does it allow NSFW?
Animates is intended for users 18 and older, and NSFW conversations are allowed within the app’s rules and legal limits.
